the guide 'The best Italian restaurants in Switzerland' was launched.

Michel Marsiglia and his team visited over 140 restaurants, evaluated them using a fine analytical system and selected the best for inclusion in the guide.

This guide is intended to serve guests as a classic 'consigliere'. At the same time, it is intended as a beacon for Italian gastronomy in Switzerland, with awards and honors for excellence in Italian cuisine.
